Francesca Grippa, PhD
Partner & Co-Founder
  Francesca Grippa's current activities combine strategic project management with Social Network Analysis (SNA) tools developed at the Center for Collective Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the USA.  She is an active Researcher at the e-Business Management Section of ISUFI, at the Univ. of Salento, in Lecce, Italy.  She continues to publish and present internationally on innovative applications of SNA and the development of learning communities.
  Before she co-founded Sociometrics Group, Francesca worked for Banca 121 (Italy), the IBM e-Knowledge Factory, the Fiera di Galatina and the Agency of Energy for the Province of Lecce.  She has also been working with the Finmeccanica Group, where she applies SNA tools and strategies to the training of Business Engineering in their Corporate University, "FHINK".  She has a PhD in e-Business Management and a MA in Business Innovation Leadership from the Univ. of Salento and a BS from the Univ. of Siena, Italy.

Toby Bazarnick, MA
Partner & Co-Founder
  Toby Bazarnick is a co-founder of Sociometrics Group.  He currently manages the application of the L-Earners Network, a web-based professional & social network platform.  He conducts groups in Organizational, Group & Network Dynamics and Leadership Development.  He consults for the Univ. of Salento and the Aforisma School of Business in Lecce.  Toby is a Qualified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and the California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI 260®) assessments.
  Prior to launching the Sociometrics Group, he was co-founder of Ronin Partners, a Boston Sales & Marketing group and worked in Sales & Marketing for Auxilium Pharmaceuticals.  While working as a Clinical Psychotherapist, he worked with non-profit groups and conducted research at Harvard Univ. and Boston Univ.  Toby has an MA in Psychology from Lesley Univ. and a BA from James Madison Univ. in Virginia, USA.
